We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We could easily catch a taxi within minutes if needed. Moreover, the excellent WIFI connection throughout the hotel was convenient, as we didn't have to change login each time.

The breakfast spread was good, with nicely cooked bacon and eggs. the staff and amenities at this hotel made my stay enjoyable.

The location was ideal for tourists, situated in old Shanghai Puxi's Xujiahui neighborhood. Plus, it was near the metro station, making transportation around this city convenient.

The staff were incredibly nice and efficient, even surprising me with a complimentary upgrade to a club room. The concierge, Hank, was particularly attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was delicious, with hygienic and clean food stations. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to shopping centers and a 5-minute walk to the metro line.
