However, the jacuzzi falls short in both appearance and functionality, with loose support poles and a somewhat unclean exterior.

While allowed to light birthday candles, the request to enjoy birthday cake in the lobby was met with an unexpected refusal. This response marred what could have been a truly memorable experience. As a result, we took the celebration to our room and refrained from ordering drinks at the pricey lobby bar.
